Our Process

Our core business is to fabricate tower sections and foundations for wind turbines. This involves processing prepped steel plates and machined steel flanges. The steel plates are rolled and welded into tower sections with the steel flanges welded to the ends of each tower section. The tower section is then surface treated by means of shot blasting, metallising and painting processes and eventually fitted with tower internals prior to final inspection. The location of the factory allows raw materials to be easily shipped into and completed sections shipped out of Campbeltown Harbour.
